    Banner Physical Therapy/Thunderbird is a multi-disciplinary outpatient department with Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology services.  Our team of therapists work collaboratively in the care of the patients referred to our department.


    Our patient population is older adolescent to geriatric.


    Diagnoses:  Neurological (stroke, head injury, progressive diseases, etc), surgical and non-surgical orthopedic injuries, vestibular, concussion, Parkinson’s for LSVT BIG, and Aquatic Therapy, amputee, multi system failure patients, etc.


    Experience with Aquatic therapy desired or the willingness to learn as providing care in the aquatic environment will be an expectation of the new hire.

    Select Physical Therapy, SSM Physical Therapy and Physiotherapy Associates



    Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients.  Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities.  Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self.  Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline specific therapy services and design of program delivery.


    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.


    1. Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.


    1. Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
