Excellent entry-level position for a positive, organized, customer service oriented individual. The Referral Management Coordinator processes service requests from customers and healthcare providers and identifies and problem solves issues and concerns related to the requests. This position works with all functional areas related to patient scheduling, authorization, claim status, visit management, and acts as the liaison between external customers, healthcare providers within the network, and our internal referral management office (RMO).
The position requires excellent customer service, organization, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must possess strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry. Familiarity with medical terminology is strongly recommended. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
