The position requires a proactive and independent individual to be responsible for providing customer service support to the Central Business Office. Responsibilities include answering phones, problem solving, data entry, documentation and verification of patient billing information.
Previous billing or customer service experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. Proficient PC skills are a must, including Microsoft Word and EXCEL spreadsheet. Position requires attention to detail, organization of multiple tasks, excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
