    Responsibilities

    Specific Duties

    • Responsible for timely administration of pre-work testing in accordance with the use of Contractor protocol (each test takes approximately 35 to 40 minutes).
    • Provides appropriate communication to the job candidate regarding pass or fail. 
    • Acts in a professional manner at all times.       
    • Reports any critical incidents to the lead Screener or appropriate supervisor.
    • Prompt attendance and time management required.        
    • Provides safe and sanitary set up and take down of testing materials.
    • Shows respect and courtesy to all candidates, especially with regard to privacy and testing results.
    • Collects and inputs physiologic data regarding each potential employee during the Screens to include data such as, but not limited to, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) compliance information.
    • Educates job candidate on proper biomechanical body mechanics for work related tasks.
    • Ensures that the Post Offer Pre-Work Screening Consent Form is signed and kept on file, as appropriate.
    • Documents the testing results utilizing the applicable form and computer system (as may be dictated by Contractor protocol and requirements).     
    • Responsible for reporting to and completing work at assigned times, including holidays or other required times as dictated by work schedule at the Contractor’s location.   
    • Performs Rehab Tech Duties and other duties as requested.

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education & Experience (Including Licenses):

     

     

    1. Bachelor of Science degree in Fitness Management, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or equivalent, applicable degree.
    2. Previous experience in similar role/function preferred.
    3. Basic computer skills/proficiency preferred.
