    At Select Specialty/Regency Hospital, a division of Select Medical, our specialty hospitals care for chronically and critically ill or post-ICU patients who require extended hospital care. We are currently seeking a Director of Case Management to join our team. Use your problem solving skills everyday while thriving in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

    Responsibilities

    As the Director of Case Management, you will use your clinical knowledge every day and contribute to the overall functions and professional growth of the Department including yet not limited to Utilization Review (UR) and resource management, discharge planning, treatment plan management and financial management effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Social Worker with appropriate state licensure
    • Three (3) or more years of work experience in a medical case management setting and confidence to manage and direct a plan of care for chronically critically ill populations
    • Management experience and/or 3 years as a Case Manager with demonstrated and effective leadership skills are required
    • A working knowledge of the insurance industry, government reimbursement, progression of care management and discharge planning skills are required
