ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical.
Our mission is to provide access to high-quality, comprehensive rehabilitation services that span the entire cancer journey, from diagnosis through survivorship or palliative care. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people with cancer and survivors.
Our specially trained therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans. Utilizing physical, occupational, speech and/or cognitive therapies, our ReVital specialists address pain, fatigue, neuropathy and many other cancer-related side effects with encouragement and compassion. An overwhelming majority of people affected by cancer do not receive treatment for functional impairments, which can further impact their quality of life. ReVital addresses this gap in care and helps them regain strength, physical function, comfort and independence. As part of the total cancer care team, we want to empower these individuals to live well beyond cancer.
The Director of Marketing will shape and execute the national marketing strategy to drive business unit growth and profitability for the ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program, focusing on both new referral source acquisition (oncology practices) and growth of existing referral sources.
In this role, you will:
o Lead the ReVital go-to-market strategy; assess market opportunity, refine the value proposition, and oversee development of the strategic business plan
o Implement and refine KPIs; leverage the existing CRM infrastructure (Salesforce) to assess and report performance o Collaborate closely with external marketing agency and Select Medical Communications & Branding team to develop external-facing print and digital assets
o Lead the relationship development strategy for key oncology (i.e. ACCC, ONS) and rehabilitation professional societies (i.e. ACRM, APTA).
o Work with field leadership to identify and develop KOLs for each target persona
o Support field-based internal business development training workshops
o Utilize data and insights to continuously refine overall marketing strategy and existing campaigns to increase awareness, referral volume, and patient compliance
o Conceptualize, build, and execute campaigns leveraging web, video, social, email and print collateral
Oncology Marketing (B2B)
o Engage frequently with referring oncology practice leadership, KOLs, and ReVital Program Directors to identify unmet needs and future trends
o Develop, implement, and refine a business development ‘toolkit’ to support field-based program development activity to include testimonials, case studies, and presentations
Patient Marketing (B2C)
o Develop and implement a B2C strategy to drive market awareness of ReVital services where available; leverage multi-channel digital approach to reach both patients and their caregivers.
o Develop a patient education ‘toolkit’ to offer partnering oncology practices as a value-add to their patients
o Partner with internal corporate teams (i.e. Branding & Communication, Finance, Legal) and executive leadership to ensure ReVital tools, tactics, and processes are aligned across the organization.
o Build senior leader and organizational support for investments in new product concepts.

o A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, Master's degree preferred
o A minimum of 8 years progressive business experience is required
o A minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing experience is required
o Experience in product development including needs assessment, portfolio management, new opportunity assessment, and product lifecycle management preferred.
o Experience with brand management, supporting field sales, and new product launch preferred.
o Market knowledge in oncology is preferred.
o Excellent cross-functional and management influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships.
o Experience working with CRM to leverage insights, reports, and communication capabilities.
o Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
