Select Physical Therapy in Central NC is seeking a FULL time Business Development Manager (BDM) to assist in growing our outpatient physical therapy services and locations in the area. We are seeking a goal driven, high energy Healthcare Sales Professional with current existing physician relationships. The Business Development Manager must be self directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region.  Training provided!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying and developing Physician referral opportunities with new business customers.
  • Maintains positive relationships with existing customers.
  • Must be self directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • 3-5 years sales experience in a service or healthcare related industry code, calling, presentations, and contract negotiations. 
  • Preferred 5+ years' experience in healthcare services including managed care sales. 
  • Prior experience with Physical and occupational therapy is preferred.
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills a MUST.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications
