Case Manager - Inpatient Rehab

BIR Fort Worth is continuing to build it's pool of PRN Case Managers to provide assistance & coverage to the full-time Case Manager team for the inpatient rehabilitation hospital.


  1. Master’s Degree in Social Work OR RN required.
  2. Current valid state licensure in related clinical discipline required.
  3. Case Management Certification preferred.
  4. Three years of previous case management experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  5. Certified BLS completion required.
