 Select Physical Therapy is offering a full-time position in Lake Buena Vista, FL for dynamic injury prevention programs with a large employer working with multiple occupations. Program is constantly growing and the scope of our patients is also growing. Qualified Physical or Occupational Therapist will need the following experience:


Industrial On-Site experience

Functional employment testing experience

FCE experience

Job analysis

Safety/Injury Prevention Teaching experience

to be eligible and to be able to obtain FL license within a 90 day period of time.


History of industrial experience- performing FCEs, POETs, know how to perform a job task analysis, ADA testing – this position is 100% onsite employer not treating patients

Select Physical Therapy, SSM Physical Therapy and Physiotherapy Associates


Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction.  Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients.  Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities.  Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self.  Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline specific therapy services and design of program delivery.



  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.


  1. Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.


  1. Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
