Position: Registed Behavior Technician

Location: 3815 E. Main Street, Suite B; St. Charles IL 60174

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/2-3 evenings till 6:45pm)

Compensation: $19.00-$22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire a Full Time registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in LOCATION. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst  (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

• Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers 
• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
• Some travel may be required

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED
• Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
• CPR certification
