Position: Per Diem Physical Therapist- Outpatient Orthopedics

Schedule: Per Diem / As Needed Weekdays

 

 


 

HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness in Smithfield, PA, is looking for outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapists for per diem (PRN) coverage. This opportunity is a great fit for an outpatient PT who wants flexibility and a strong work–life balance. We’ll align our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that truly works for you.

 

You’ll work with a diverse orthopedic population and have access to a variety of specialty areas across our outpatient network. Each location includes experienced, supportive clinicians eager to collaborate and help you continue to grow your skill set while making a meaningful impact in our shared communities.

 

 

HealthWorks and NovaCare's OP centers nationwide use the same EMR, with consistent volume expectations and patient-centered, ethical practice.

 

 


 

You’ll treat a diverse patient population across conditions such as:

  • Aquatics
  • General Orthopedics
  • Neurological Rehabilitation
  • Vestibular Rehabilitation
  • Concussion Care

 

HealthWorks and NovaCare Locations are throughout PA and West Virginia. Additional hours may be available in other outpatient centers.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional rehabilitation: evaluate, treat, direct, and document
  • Stay compliant with state, local, and federal regulations
  • Communicate openly with colleagues, patients, families, and physicians
  • Participate in team meetings

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certification
