A day in the life:

You’ll advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams to assess patient needs. You will serve as a resource for healthcare professionals by fostering relationships within medical facilities. With clinical expertise and problem-solving skills, you’ll also coordinate care plans with physicians and families. Additionally, you will facilitate patient transfers and address barriers to accessing specialized post-ICU care.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, the Senior Clinical Liaison assists with strategic growth initiatives in the market.  The Senior Clinical Liaison helps train and mentor team members and steps in to cover for other liaisons, admissions coordinators, and the Director of Business Development when they are off. 

 

Other responsibilities of the Clinical Liaison position include:

  • Assists the Director of Business Development in all meetings and reports
  • Mentors team members in the field and creates development plans for newer or struggling team members
  • Helps liaisons complete clinical assessments during busy times 
  • Helps write patient success stories
     

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist with a valid state license.
  • Prior Experience as a Clinical Liaison or similar role
