Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation
Position: Therapy Coordinator 
Location: 1199 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ
Schedule: Per Diem 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Minimum of 2 shifts per month: weekend and weekday needs)

Compensation: $22 per Hour

Responsibilities

The Therapy Coordinator performs various administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Services Department.

  • Position requires initiative, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinates patient scheduling, assists with staffing, audits, and related activities.
  • Promotes enhanced operations through strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in office skills, including typing and computer skills, and the use of office equipment is required.

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Previous experience within a therapy department and/or rehabilitation setting preferred.
