Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated physical therapist who is committed to providing exceptional, evidence based care for individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction across the lifespan. Our collaborative team treats a wide variet of conditions, including urinary, bowel, sexual health, pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic pain and orthopedic diagnoses We are passionate about mentoring clinicians, fostering professional growth, and creating an environment where therapists can develop strong clinical reasoning while delivering outstanding patient centered care. • Our daily productivity expectations are designed to support both quality care and efficiency. 

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
• Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
