Responsibilities

BSW Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth is seeking a Center Manager to lead this multi-disciplinary team (3 PT/1 OT/1 SLP/2 PSS). The team treats a variety of Orthopedic and Neurological diagnoses, some vestibular and ReVital cases. If you are interested in applying your current leadership experience with a dynamic team, this opportunity may be for you. The successful candidate will be a team-player with excellent communication skills, and a desire to develop relationships within the clinic and surrounding community. The Center Manager is expected to manage daily operations and carry an active patient caseload, hours are variable 7 AM – 7 PM, Monday-Friday, with 2 late shifts required. 

Qualifications

  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current
    Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
  • A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
