We are growing our KORT team! 

 

Rehabilitation Program Liaison is responsible for promoting in-home rehabilitation services to physicians and referral sources in an assigned geographic territory; developing relationships with targeted physicians to generate new patient growth within the market; fostering a partnership with the In-Home Physical Therapy clinical care team and increasing new patients aligned with the program goals. 

 

Compenstaion: $60,000/annual base

 

The In-Home Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Program Liaison will report to the aligned Regional Manager of Operations.

 

Primary responsibilities include collaborating with nurse case managers on discharge planning and routinely communicating with the provider facilities and the client companies to support referral management. The In-Home Physical Therapy: Rehabilitation Program Liaison will work closely with the In-Home Physical Therapy: Referral Management Coordinator and Regional Manager to identify and resolve programmatic issues and concerns.  In addition, this position collaborates with regional sales team members, communications and branding to manage priorities, challenges, opportunities, and targets in alignment with the Select Medical strategy for divisional and Company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the contracted client company and providers/facilities.
  • Educate and inform physicians, referral coordinators and other essential medical staff about the services the company provides.
  • Collect and analyze data as needed to create and implement market plans, target lists and effective strategies to position the organization competitively and meet/exceed assigned market sales objectives.
  • Identify new referral sources and develop and facilitate appropriate business relationships.
  • Responsible for taking a team approach to achieving new patient goals that are aligned with the program and clinical care team.
  • Differentiate value versus competition (e.g., scope of services, programs of excellence, market coverage, innovative solutions, outcomes, etc.).
  • Foster a positive and favorable image of Select Medical by determining potential venues by which the company can participate in planning activities in the healthcare community. This would include coordinating and scheduling lunches, social events, registration for health fairs, running or walking events and other sponsorship opportunities.
  • Foster and enhance positive physician, nurse case manager and front office relationships in addition to other customers and stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Work with Regional Manager to assess needs for expansion of new service area opportunities with existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with business development, consumer sales and strategic account colleagues.
  • Collaborate with communications and branding as well as consumer sales team on all marketing communications and public relations material preparation, production and distribution.
  • Work collaboratively with the local operations team to maintain effective communication channels that foster teamwork and shared knowledge regarding marketing strengths and opportunities, business service planning, contracting, and strategic planning as it relates to the enhancement of programs, services and patient care.
  • Daily utilization of OP360 and Trilliant applications to track sales performance, monitor referral trends and identify targets with market analysis; recommend improvements and changes as needed to achieve goals.
  • Utilize and Leverage Integrity Selling model for account based strategies and techniques.
  • By utilizing the Everyone Sells philosophy, further clinician’s involvement in practice development strategies where appropriate by facilitating opportunities to educate referral sources on services and clinician’s specialties. Track return on investment and referral patterns following such opportunities.
  • Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships both internally and externally on all levels and provide feedback to local and regional team to help Select Medical achieve and maintain a positive reputation within your region.

Proficient in Sales CRM application and Microsoft Office technologies (ex. MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college is equal to one year of directly related work experience and vice versa.
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three to five years’ health care business experience (Preferred)
