Speech Language Pathologist

Available shifts would be weekdays between 8:30am - 4:00pm. 

 

PRN Rate: $60/hr

 

 

 

Responsibilities

Seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to assist a multidisciplinary team in the Day Neuro Clinic. Program focuses on return to highest level of independence possible as well as community reintegration for patients with acquired brain injuries and additional co-morbidities including aphasia, cognitive communication deficits, motor speech disorders, dysphagia. Patients are treated as part of a multidisciplinary team, six hours a day, Monday through Friday. Cognitive rehab, TBI and CVA experience required.  Looking for candidates who are creative, innovative, flexible and work well on a team. Available shifts would be weekdays between 8:30am - 4:00pm. Consistent need currently available.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience (CFY - Clinical Fellowship Year) preferred.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
