Overview

Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: 755 E McDowell Rd First Floor Phoenix AZ 85006

Incentives:  $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $78,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

 

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Phoenix.   We are looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong background in treating cognitive-communication, speech/language, swallowing, and voice disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience or clinical exposure in an outpatient and/or neuro-based setting and value collaboration within the SLP department and with an interdisciplinary therapy team.

Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
  • Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
  • High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
  • Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

Qualifications

  • Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
  • State SLP licensure required
  • ASHA certification is required
  • 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
