Customer Service Representative:
Ideal candidates have strong phone communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage incoming calls from former patients, families, or representatives with compassion and respect.
Pay: Starting at $16.50 + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
Seeking candidates with strong typing and computer skills, attention to detail, and a task-oriented mindset. Must be diligent and comfortable with structured processes.

Insurance Verifiers
Help ensure patients have the coverage they need to receive care. You'll contact insurance carriers, verify benefits, and work independently toward daily goals. As you grow, you'll take on new projects and responsibilities.
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
Research-focused role requiring independence and persistence to resolve outstanding insurance claims and advocate for patients. Strong computer skills and creative problem-solving are essential.
Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
Supervisor, Claims Processing (2 openings)
Seeking experienced CBO Claims Supervisors to lead teams of 10–15 processors. Must have experience hiring, training, developing, and disciplining staff while monitoring team performance metrics. Strong background in healthcare claims and collections required; hospital/provider collections highly preferred.
Pay: $25/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
