Location: HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness in Morgantown, WV (Cheat Lake)

Specialties:  Outpatient Orthopedics, Neurology, Vestibular, Concussion Management, an ACL Program, Fall Prevention Program,  and Sports Medicine

At HEALTHWORKS REHAB & FITNESS in Morgantown, West Virginia, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. We are seeking an additional full-time physical therapist to join our outpatient team in Cheat Lake. We offer general outpatient orthopedic services, as well as neurology, vestibular, and concussion rehabilitation. 

New graduate physical therapists are welcome to apply. Our onsite mentorship will ensure a successful transition to licensed clinical experience.

Schedule: 40-hour work week to include 7-4 PM and 2-3 evenings, treating 11-7 PM. The last patient is scheduled an hour prior to close.

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
