Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Center Manager

Location: NovaCare Hagerstown, Maryland
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000

We are seeking an experienced outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist to step into the Center Manager role. This is a hands-on position for therapists with at least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience.

 

No prior management experience is required. Our Leadership Development Program offers the training and support you need to grow as a leader while guiding a strong therapy team and providing high-quality preventive and rehabilitative care.

 

 

Our outpatient center provides a diverse list of specialties, including:

  • General Orthopedics
  • Dry Needling
  • Vestibular Rehab
  • Oncology Rehab (ReVital)
  • Pelvic Health (CoreVia)
  • Sports Medicine
  • Amputees
  • Industrial Rehab
  • Post Offer Employment Testing (POETs)
  • Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
  • Fall Prevention

Experience: At least two years of recent outpatient orthopedic experience.

 

Schedule: Full-time with some evenings until 6:30 PM. Our last patient is scheduled one hour before closing.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
  • Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
  • Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
  • Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
  • Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
  • CPR Certification
