Position: Physical Therapist Clinic Director

Location: 275 Forest Avenue Paramus, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly
Compensation: $93,000-$116,000 annually depending on years of experience 

Incentive: Student Debt Benefit Program and annual bonus plan

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and proven leader in physical therapy to continue to drive our New Milford center.  The New Milford center is a large outpatient rehabilitation facility with premier visability in the Brook Chester shopping center. Currently, the clinic employs 2 physical therapists, 2 office administrators, and 1 rehabilitation technician.  All of the staff work collectively as a team to provide the utmost quality care to its patients.  Treatment populations include a wide variety of general orthopedics, post-surgical, and neuro patients.  Happy to grow specialties in areas of staff passion.

 Resposibilities of the Physical Therapist/Center Manager include: 

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.
• Possesses a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
• Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business. 
• Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences upon them. 
• Communicates with Regional Director on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience required.
