Select Physical Therapy in Chula Vista is looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist who matches our team’s energy, dedication, and strong connection to the local community. We’ve recently expanded our practice and are excited to welcome a new clinician into our work family.

 

You’ll join a highly skilled team that includes orthopedic‑focused clinicians (OCS, COMT, and a Residency‑Trained Center Manager) as well as a concussion specialist. We have an In house ABPTRFE accredited orhtopaedic residency program and Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (COMT) program. Our team values mentorship, collaboration, and clinician development. Across the greater San Diego market, we foster a supportive culture through regular skills practice sessions and market‑wide team‑building events.

Compensation:

  • Salary starting at $82,000 up to $95,000 (Commensurate with experience)
  • Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus
  • Monthly Student Debt Repayment Program

Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
  • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certification
