Position: Occupational Therapist - Initial Evalualtions

Location:  West Grove, PA

Schedule:  PRN, as needed

Salary: $100 per evaluation

Our outpatient team West Grove is seeking an occupational therapist to join us in providing quality initial evaluations for patients at Christiana Hospital in West Grove. Paid $100 per eval.  Must have at least 2 years of licensed experience and comfortable doing initial evaluations independently on an as needed basis.

• Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and demonstrate completion of patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements in an appropriate and timely manner.

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy
• State Occupational Therapist license (or license eligible)
• CPR certification
• Valid state driver’s license
