Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist

Location: Lansdale, PA

Schedule:  Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 2 evenings a week until 7pm. 

Compensation: Salary range $78,000-$90,000 annually based on your experience

Incentives: $2000 Sign on Bonus

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists who is close to sitting for their CHT but must have at least 2000 hours of licensed experience working in hand therapy. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
