Position: Physical Therapist Clinic Director

Location: 2854 Kennedy Blvd Jersey City, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly
Compensation: $93,000-$116,000 annually depending on years of experience 

Incentive: Student Debt Benefit Program and annual bonus plan

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and proven leader in physical therapy to build and drive a new, cutting‑edge Sports Rehabilitation Program in our Jersey City, NJ location. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary clinician who is passionate about elevating athletic performance, accelerating recovery, and developing a best‑in‑class patient experience.

As the Center Manager, you will lead the launch, growth, and operations of a brand‑new sports performance and rehab service line. You will play a critical role in mentoring staff, forming community and athletic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates possess advanced certifications (SCS or OCS, etc).

 Resposibilities of the Physical Therapist/Center Manager include: 

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.
• Possesses a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
• Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business. 
• Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences upon them. 
• Communicates with Regional Director on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience required.
