Overview

Position: Centralized Scheduler - (Hybrid working environment)

Location: 1050 Wall Street West Lyndhurst, NJ 

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly
Compensation: $18-$20 hourly depending on years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities necessary to schedule patients at the outpatient satellite centers
  • Works collaboratively with the CBO, center staff, third party payer representatives, patients, physicians and their office staff to ensure accurate patient scheduling
  • Exhibiting excellence in customer service
  • Provides excellent customer service through all phone interactions
  • Ensuring an overall excellent patient experience

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in various computer applications/programs required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Previous experience within a healthcare customer service setting preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Answering heavy volume phone calls experience preferred
