• Captures authentic, uplifting content that aligns with SSM Health Physical Therapy's brand and patient-centered mission for social media.
• Photograph centers, clinicians and events for social media and website.
• Partner closely with Communications & Branding Department on all print and digital materials representing the market.
• Identify and attend community events.
• Assist business development team as needed including visiting local referral sources, attending breakfasts, lunches, dinners,and delivering reports.
• Hand deliver marketing materials, IE letters, POCs, etc.
• Grows visibility by fostering relationships with teams, clubs, and community groups
• Balance content capture, editing, outreach visits, print material delivery, and event attendance without dropping details.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing or related field required
• Experience in photography, videography and editing.
• Strong people skills with comfort interacting with clinicians, patients, community partners, and local organizations.
• Ability to attend community events, visit clinics and referral sources, and travel locally
• Professional communication skills—written (captions, flyers, letters) and in-person (provider visits, community engagement).
• Experience with project management tools and platforms (i.e. Workfront, Smartsheet).
