Overview

Position: Occupational Therapist-Outpatient

Location: 1725 W Harrison St, Suite 440, Chicago, IL

Compensation: 70,000-$90,000 annually, based on years of experience

RUSH Physical Therapy is looking for an occupational therapist with a passion for treating the orthopedic and neurologic outpatient population. Rush physical therapy provides continuing education and mentorship opportunities. Our clinic has occupational, physical, and speech therapists on site and provide opportunity for collaboration of care.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
  • Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
  • Complete and maintain required trainings
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
  • Provide clear documentation

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in occupational therapy
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
  • CPR certified

Preferred:

  • Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
