Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full‑time Occupational Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Elk Grove, CA. Our clinic is fully equipped to treat a wide range of conditions—from post‑surgical and non‑operative cases to work conditioning and return‑to‑function programs. You’ll collaborate closely with a skilled team of clinicians and therapists while working within a company that offers a truly active, growing, and thriving national Hand Therapy program. Minimum 2 years of experience in Hand Therapy required.

 

 

Compensation:

  • Salary Range starting at: $98,000.00 up to $130,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
  • Up to $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
  • High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
  • Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
  • Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum two years experience in hand therapy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
  • Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
