Select Physical Therapy in Monterey, CA is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist ready to take the next step in their career and grow into an operations-focused Center Manager role. This position includes enrollment in Select’s National Leadership Development Program, designed to equip you with the skills and support needed to successfully lead a long‑standing, highly respected clinic serving the San Francisco community. Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse patient population across the lifespan, including acute and chronic conditions, general orthopedics, pelvic health, sports medicine, neurological care, vestibular/balance/concussion, geriatrics, and more.

Minimum 1 year of experience required.

 

 

Compensation:

  • Salary starting at $100,000 up to $125,000 (Commensurate with experience)
  • Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus
  • Monthly Student Debt Repayment Program 
  • Relocation Assistance Available

Responsibilities

  • Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
  • Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
  • Support employee engagement and retention efforts
  • Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
  • Help develop strategies to increase profitability
  • Provide an exceptional patient care experience

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum 1 yr exp required
