Responsibilities

BSW Rehab Aubrey is seeking a skilled and motivated Center Manager/Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team. Our clinic treats a wide range of general orthopedic conditions with a strong emphasis on spine care, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, and deconditioning.
We are looking for a self‑motivated, driven, and team‑oriented professional with strong communication skills who can thrive in a small clinic environment consisting of two PTs and one PSS. This position is well‑suited for both new and experienced managers, and flexibility with the clinic schedule is essential.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current
    Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
  • A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
