Physical Therapist Up to $5,000 Bonus

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 7575 Northcliff Ave., Suite #300, Brooklyn, OH 44144

Incentives:  Up to $5,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $76,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

We are seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Brooklyn. You will have the opportunity to work within specialty programs such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, POETs, Vestibular, Fall Prevention, and our ACL Program. While this role is for a Staff PT, we are open to discussing advancement into an Assistant Clinic Manager position for candidates with leadership experience or aspirations.

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
