Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Treating Center Manager
Location: NovaCare, Whitemarsh (Nottingham), Maryland
Specialties: Orthopedics, Neurology, Vestibular, Concussion, Sports Medicine, Amputees, Oncology (ReVital), and Dry Needling
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: Starting at $85,000
Incentives: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or indefinite loan assistance

Our NovaCare Nottingham team is currently seeking a licensed physical therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience who is prepared to take on a leadership role. • Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification
