The Strategy & Growth team (i.e., Corporate Development team) at Select Medical is responsible for driving long-term value across the company’s three core service lines. This team partners closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders within the company to evaluate and execute joint venture opportunities with leading health systems nationwide and proactively source acquisition targets.
The team also plays a key role in analyzing industry trends, competitor positioning, real estate opportunities, and demographic/geographic dynamics to inform strategic decision-making. The Senior Associate will be a key contributor, primarily focused on the transaction lifecycle of growth initiatives—including financial modeling, data analytics, strategic analysis, real estate leasing, disposition, and acquisition and execution of joint ventures and opportunistic acquisitions.

The Senior Associate reports to the Strategy & Growth team, led by the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Strategy & Growth. The EVP reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This structure provides the Senior Associate with high visibility and access to executive decision-making, as well as opportunities to contribute meaningfully to enterprise-level growth initiatives
