Position: Physical Therapist Assistant- Larpenteur, MN and 

Location: 1050 Larpenteur Avenue West St. Paul, MN 55113

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m.

Compensation: $28.00/hour-$35.00/hour pending experience.

Full time available if willing to split between 2 locations. Seeking a motivated and dependable PTA tto join our growing team. This role is uniquely based within a physician's office, offering the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively to provide high -quality patient care. The ideal candidate is confident in managing patient treatments and comfortable with basic front office administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
  • Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
  • Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  • Must have 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
  • Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
  • Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
  • CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Administrative experience
