This opportunity is a full-time position with BSW Rehab and your salary will be commiserate with years of licensed or BOC experience starting at

$56,326.40 for 0 years of experience.

 

Baylor Rehabilitation is seeking a Workstrategies Specialist/Athletic Trainer to provide on-site coverage for FedEx at the DFW Airport. In this role, the Workstrategies Specialist will deliver the full continuum of Workstrategies prevention services, supporting FedEx employees directly at the worksite.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver workstrategies prevention services. Prevention services include, but are not limited to:
    • Work Strategies Onsite Program
      • Advanced early symptom intervention
      • New Hire training
      • Return to work
      • Movement assessments
      • Preventative exercise prescription
      • Body mechanics/behavior audits
    • Wellness coaching
    • Workrisk, Worktask, Workstation Analysis
    • Worksite Education program
    • Prepare and complete appropriate documentation for services listed above 
    • Facilitate regular communication with clients for the purpose of assisting with relationship development and program review
    • Assist in addressing client concerns
    • Participate in continuing education and job training programs
    • Maintains regular and reliable attendance

Qualifications

  • State of TX Athletic Trainer license required 
  • BS Degree Required
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience
  • BOC certified is preferred but not required
  • Industrial setting experience is a plus!
