Responsibilities

Choose to be an integral part of a team that helps patients achieve their greatest potential and work toward productive, independent lives. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our inpatient rehabilitation unit, you’ll provide direct patient care and serve as a key member of both the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

You’ll apply the nursing process—systematically assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care—to help restore and maintain each patient’s physical and psychological health, while supporting their personal goals. You’ll also serve as an educator to patients, families, and fellow team members, promoting understanding and empowerment throughout the recovery journey.

Join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals working toward one goal: making each patient better than when we met them. By engaging with patients and families, you’ll help them recover and discover their new normal after a life-altering event. You’ll collaborate with nursing and therapy professionals, physicians, case managers, and a wide range of support staff to meet each patient’s medical, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

If this resonates with you, we’d love to talk about what your future could look like here.
