Responsibilities

BSW Rehab in Aubrey seeks a full time Physical Therapist to join a team of residency / fellowship trained staff to start providing exceptional care immediately. Primarily we see general orthopedics with a heavy emphasis on the spine,  pre-/post-operative care, and deconditioning.  The successful candidate will be self-motivated, open to pursue board certification/fellowship, and team oriented with great communication skills.  A strong orthopedic background is preferred. This is a small clinic of 2 PT’s and 1 PSS and the successful candidate must be flexible with clinic schedule. 

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
