Position: Regisitered Dietitian
Location: O'Fallon, MO
Schedule: PRN 8 hours a week - 2 four hour shifts (Flexibility for WFH 4 hours, on-site 4 hours)
Compensation: $40/PRN rate

Description: 

• Provide dietary consultation for patients as needed, within 48 hours of order. (The dietician will not assess each patient, only patients the transdisciplinary team recommends for dietary consult.
• Menu planning (Menus are planned two weeks in advance and posted 1 week in advance. 
• Plan and review menus ensuring compliance with the NTC Neuro Recovery Plate (brain-healthy diet). Consider individual patient dietary needs.
• Deliver staff and patient education on nutrition
• Time on site includes an education menu review and could consist of consults as needed. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with major studies in Food and Nutrition related field required
• Current state licensure/certification - if required by state
• Current registration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration required
• One year of work experience in a facility setting with clinical responsibilities or equivalent required
