BSW South Grand Prairie is looking for a flexible and compassionate PT to join our region to cover the following clinics: South Grand Prairie, Burleson, Fort Worth All Saints, Bryant Irvin, Fort Worth Camp Bowie, North Arlington, Arlington Parks,and Arlington Cooper. These clinics provide high quality care to patients with orthopedic diagnoses, including post-operative care and some Worker's Compensation clients. The successful candidate will have orthopedic experience, demonstrate strong communication skills, manual therapy skills, as well as flexibility and great time management. Compliance with PRN expectations for shift coverage will be required. Clinics are open 7 AM - 6 PM Monday-Thursday and 7 AM - 1 PM Friday.

As a Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. 

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
• Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
