Responsibilities

Carrollton Sandy Lake is ready to grow! This is a niche clinic housed inside the TOCA soccer center on the border of Carrollton and Coppell. While they do treat the general population, they also work with a good variety of athletes. Candidates should be independent thinkers, possess excellent critical thinking and communication skills, and show an eagerness to learn and grow professionally. A minimum of 1 year of outpatient ortho experience is preferred but not required.

 

 

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using  TherapEBridge
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
