Physical Therapist Assistant

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant- Outpatient Ortho

Location: Linglestown section of Harrisburg, PA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday/Wednesday 8am-7pm, Tuesday/Thursday 8am-3pm, Fridays 8am-2pm so you can start your weeekend early! No Weekends.

Compensation: Hourly range $22-$26/hr based on your experience.

Incentives: $5,000 sign on bonus plus $200 per month in Student Loan Assistance

Unique Location/Job Details: Growing outpatient PT clinic with 4 PTs and 3 PTAs looking to add a 4th PTA. Mentorship provided for new grads. Diverse patient population includes outpatient orthopedics with moderate foot and ankle emphasis, Sports Center of Excellence, Cancer Rehab (ReVital), Neurological and Metabolic Rehab, along with performing Post-Offer Employment Testing.

Our Select Physical Therapy outpatient center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top-notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients. • Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
