Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time Night FLOAT

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool Night 

Location: St. Louis (St. Charles, Town & Country, Richmond Heights, Bridgeton, Lake St. Louis)

Schedule: 12 hour shifts (must work every 3rd weekend) Schedules made 6 weeks at a time. Works between Inpatient Rehab (SSM Health Rehab Hospitals) and Critical Illness (Select Specialty Hospitals)
Compensation: $50-$60 hourly + shift differentials 

Sign-on bonus: $15,000

• Receive admissions and/or transfers
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Instruct and counsel patients/families

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS required at hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
• Clinical experience
