Responsibilities

We are looking for a full time Recreational Therapist to work on a multidisciplinary team in the Day Neuro Clinic. Program focuses on return to highest level of independence possible in leisure and avocational activities as well as community reintegration for patients with acquired brain injuries. Looking for candidates who have strengths or particular interest in community re-integration. Patients are treated as part of a multidisciplinary team, six hours a day, Monday through Friday. Looking for candidates who are creative, innovative and work well on a team. 

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Baccalaureate Degree in Therapeutic Recreation required.
  2. Current national certification from NCTRC as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) required.
  3. Should have certified experience in a medical setting.
