Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology

Location: 5605 W Eugie Ave, Suites 212 & 215 Glendale, AZ 85304

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salary starting at $74,000/year and up (pending experience)

Incentives: $10k Sign-on Bonus and $350/month student debt program

Our Banner Physical Therapy therapy center in Glendale is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis. This center is a large multi-disciplinary clinic, primarily neuro/ortho case load with some oncology and opportunity to grow oncology caseload. • Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
• Maintain compliance with government regulations
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Minimum Requirements:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
