Overview

As an Outpatient Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and comfort of our physical therapy clinics. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you’ll help ensure that building-related tasks are completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to patient care.

 

You’ll be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance across multiple locations, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the quality and timeliness of work performed. From HVAC and plumbing to electrical systems and emergency issues, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our outpatient facilities running smoothly.

 

This role also involves reviewing lease agreements to clarify landlord and tenant responsibilities, responding to work orders, and collaborating with clinic staff to support a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a point of contact for operations personnel, assisting with repairs, maintenance, and emergency issues. 
  • Responds quickly to work requests.
  • Engages outside vendors and oversees their performance to ensure quality outcomes on a timely basis.
  • Coordinates with vendors and operations personnel to ensure minimal disruption of patient services.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Has general knowledge of commercial building construction, installation, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, roofing, etc.
  • Excellent communications, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with building codes as well as ADA guidelines.
  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets.
