We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee facility opening, relocation or renovation projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for procuring and overseeing installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) based on project timelines and budgets.
Position Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to learn software programs used in the department including Select Marketplace, Markview, ACAD, Blue Beam, and Smartsheet
- Strong organizational and mathematical skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to anticipate outcomes and potential challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work at all levels inside and outside of the organization
- Analytical, able to foresee effects of decisions
- Self-starter and forward thinking
- Independent while working in a team environment
