Responsibilities

 

Minimum PRN requirements: at least 4 shifts a month per month as well as availability on/around 1 winter and 1 summer holiday. 

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required
  • Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required
