8:00 am - 4:00pm

(four mandatory weekend shifts per month)

Starting Pay Rate: $18/hr

Baylor Rehabilitation in Fort Worth is seeking a rehab therapy aide to join a multi-disciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs!

The Therapy Aide will provide care to a wide variety of patients, and will participate in clinical care under the direction of licensed therapists in a fast moving rehab hospital setting.

Seeking a rehab therapy aide to join a multi-disciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs providing care to a wide variety of patients. The successful candidate will participate in clinical care under the direction of licensed therapists in a fast moving rehab hospital setting.

Duties will include providing physical assistance with therapy intervention, maintaining equipment within the department, and completing other administrative tasks. The rehab therapy aide may also provide transportation for patients in the company van. No CDL required. A driving record check will be performed. Related experience is preferred, though training will be provided to enthusiastic applicants seeking an opportunity in the rehab setting.

The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to serve patients as an integral member of the therapy team. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience for application to professional degree programs.

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
• One or more years of hospital experience as therapy aide preferred.
